How Can We Help?

Over the years UCMC has enabled students to go on trips all over the United States, and even across the world.  One of our many goals is to pass on our knowledge, and hopefully inspire the next generation of UC Mountaineers.  Whether you are a new member just trying to get outside, or a UCMC veteran wanting to pass on your outdoors wisdom; we are here to help you plan a trip. 

The UC Mountaineering Club is run on voluntary trip leaders who love both the outdoors and our UCMC community. If you want to plan a trip, feel free to reach out to any UCMC Exec Member for guidance and trip ideas!

Safety

Our top priority is sending out safe and fun trips.  These guidelines for Trip Planning, Whitewater, and Caving can help you evaluate and plan your trip by knowing what questions to ask.

Preparation

Want to advertise your trip to the club? Make sure to fill out everything under All Forms in case of an emergency.  Also, use our Trip Itinerary Template to help get your next trip organized and on the road.
